People come to politics in different ways and achieve different results in it. They do not always coincide with people’s desires and needs. There are cases when a politician knows exactly his capabilities, puts them at the service of voters and achieves the necessary results. One of these representatives is President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
Features of a politician and a person
At the moment, Shavkat Miromonovich is the recognized leader of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which was confirmed in early elections in the summer of 2023. This procedure was associated with changes in the Constitution of the state, where the five-year presidential term was replaced by a seven-year one. This made it possible for the incumbent president to be elected two more times.
Order and compliance with all legal requirements is a characteristic feature of Shavkat Mirziyoyev. He carried this with him all his life, because his ancestors were farmers, accustomed to be attentive to their neighbors and nature, and to perform all actions accurately and on time. These traits and attitudes of the ancestors were strengthened while working in politics, because the start of activity, then still a 33-year-old young man, was in 1990. He was elected as a member of the parliament of the republic, which speaks of his maturity as a person and ability to win the trust of people.
Working as a deputy, he gained additional experience, proved himself well, and was alternately appointed khokim of the Tashkent region, then of Jizzakh and Samarkand regions. From his last post he was transferred to the position of head of government.
In his political career, the future president went through various levels of leadership, became familiar with the peculiarities of the functioning of the apparatus in detail, and gained experience in building relationships with management, subordinates and ordinary voters. He always put the needs and basic needs of the population, ordinary citizens, at the forefront.
Activities as President
The politician began performing his duties as the elected head of state in 2016. Having a clear understanding of the state of affairs, Shavkat Miromonovich focused his attention on the main tasks facing him and the country. He reformed the security forces, began to fight inappropriate displays of luxury, improved the business climate in the country, and attracted investment into the economy.
It is important that all aspects of the work are carried out in a comprehensive manner, systematically, aimed at achieving goals that will have a positive impact on the lives of all citizens of the country.
