Transportation of materials for construction

In modern conditions, without timely and high -quality delivery of building materials, it is impossible to represent the construction of buildings of various purposes. In most cases, today the most common means of delivery is the car. As a rule, materials for construction are mainly transported from manufacturers directly to the construction site.

Building goods, as a rule, include various materials, structures, details, technological equipment, as well as goods that occur during the construction process itself. The most common is the supply of sand and crushed stone: Optimastroy.

According to some signs of the organization of loading and unloading, construction goods are divided into 4 groups. These are piece -combined cargoes made of reinforced concrete, metal and wooden structures, technological equipment, as well as cargoes that occur during the construction process, and belonging to the first group.

The second group includes targeted, small -piece and packaging cargoes with a weighing not more than 50 kg. The third group is made up of a variety of bulk building materials, and the fourth – various astringent materials for construction.

Various types of building goods require compliance with their requirements for transportation. So, the transportation of bricks occupies a special place among the transportation of other cargoes. In most cases, brick is transported in packages (on or without pallets), much less often in special containers. In the case of transportation of bricks in packages, it is used to lay it in the form of a “Christmas tree” and with cross -dressing.

Forest and timber with a length of more than 6 meters are long-sized cargoes, therefore, elongated platforms, trailers-emails and sliding semi-trailers are used to transport them. Such materials are laid on special forestry conics with linking chains located on top.

For unloading timber, the method of self-lifting unloading is used or for these purposes, extraneous mechanized tools, such as manipulators that can significantly reduce the costs of loading and unloading, are used. Forest and timber can be transported in a packaged way or transported in bulk.
